New Official Twitter Plugin for WordPress

Hi!
I have a website done with wordpress. I update the PHP version to meet the 5.4 or greater requirements. Now is installed and activated. I configured some options as enter the account name.
So what kind of shortcodes I need to use to insert my posted data in twitter to my website?
Or how can I achieve it?
Is there any tutorial or examples for newbies?

Twitter Cards markup is enabled by default. A Tweet URL pasted into your content area will be transformed into an embedded Tweet. Individual shortcodes and attributes are documented in the Twitter plugin for WordPress documentation.
