I have two questions ,
Is there available a free version of the new account activity API as existed with the former one? Or all the new option are paid no matter the volume of the operation?
What happened with the track paramter of the old /user.json service, How can I receive tracked words notifications with the new approach?

We have both our free, sandbox version of the API, as well as our paid versions listed in our documentation.
There is no comparable ‘track’ feature with the Account Activity API. I suggest you keep an eye on this item in our roadmap.
