Never Received Developer Verification Email :(

I went through the developer account application process and it seemed quite good. I was encouraged by the end of it. However, the only problem is that I have never received the email that was supposed to have been sent to veriy my email. I’ve resent the email several times and it just never shows up. So my developer account is stuck in limbo.

I can’t get past this:

Should I try changing to a different email address on my main Twitter account? What should I do? I really need to get this process going.

my email address is good and I receive all the other Twitter notifications so I have no clue why this email is not reaching me.

• Have you checked your spam inbox?
• Have you tried to resend it?
• Are you sure you are checking the proper email inbox?

I have pinged our product team to see if we can track this down from our side.

Yes I’ve been monitoring the spam box and all other folders where it might appear and also I’m receiving other notifications every day on this email address - and I’ve definitely been watchin for this verification and just haven’t seen it

I’ve gone through the resend action about five times and never received the email.

am I sure I’m checking the correct inbox? good question… I’ve had the same email on this account since 2012 which is info[@]webdimensions.org - you can see from the screenshot I’m regularly receiving email from Twitter on that email box. However – On Wednesday when I created the developer account submission it seems to have assigned me a different handle of webdimensions (instead of webdimensionshh which is my original handle) – I assume it would send the email to the same address of webdimensionshh but perhaps there has been a glitch because I don’t remember inputting any email address. So I would assume it’s getting it from my original handle but that may have failed for some reason

The email verification will send to whatever email you have associated with the @handle that you applied with. I have kicked off a conversation with our product team to see if we can double check to see if a verification email has sent, but to make sure that you have checked the proper email inbox before we investigate further.

Can you please check to see which @handle you applied with, log into Twitter with that handle, and check which email address is associated with that account?

@WebDimensionshh - If you are continuing to experience errors, can you please try changing the email address that is associated with your @handle and try to resend the verification email?

Hi there, I changed the email to a gmail address and voila, it worked right away. I wasn’t sure if that would hurt or help the process, definitely it solved the issue. Someone asked for the email provider that was blocking the mail, it was Network Solutions.

Sorry for the delayed response here. We also found that the ISP was blocking this email. We will make note of this for future situations.
