Hello on behalf of Matthew from NFTGallery’s team. I was redirected by Twitter’s support to this forum to find a solution to our problem. We are suffering from bot accounts comments that can not be detected. These “ghost” accounts as we call them, automatically spam our tweets every time we post them or retweet them. These accounts are not visible, neither from our account or others, we will provide some images with examples, we can not post links here, let us know if there is any way we can refer to these tweets in any other way. With this bot attack, we noticed our tweet reach decrese enourmously. We now reach 10 TIMES less accounts than before. This is damaging our brand, reputation and business. We have been trying to solve it with the support team since 2 weeks ago but nothing was found yet.

We are desperate to solve our engagement problem as soon as possible, thank you in advance!

You can post links if you use the preformatted text option I think.

Other people replying to your tweets, even if they’re spam should not affect you though. But I’m not Twitter so I’ve no way of knowing that, that’s just what I’ve observed in the past.

Yes, the thing is, these bots blocked us, and if they are as many as we think, that might have flagged us and automatically got us “shadow banned”.
