I purchased a Premium account for an academic research project last month only to realize it does not support cashtags which is essentially what I need the most (I know I had to read the documentation more carefully before purchasing.)
Anyways, I filled the request form for Enterprise access a month ago for the first time (with several reminders) and never heard back from Twitter. You would think they would like to get some extra money but seems like they don’t!

Is there any way to get in touch with these guys over the phone or some other direct way?

You mentioned filling out a request form. Could you send me the link to the request form you used so I can see what happened?

Sorry if I look impatient but I still haven’t heard back. Is there a backlog or there are not enough staff assigned to handle the requests?
