Hello! I was creating an application and got stuck at “To complete your application, please check your inbox to confirm your email address.” Probably, indicated wrong e-mail but it won’t allow me to change it. What can I do?

Then, you should be able to resend the verification email to your new email address by clicking the button when you navigate to the page linked to in the top right-hand corner of developer.twitter.com.
