I’ve requested to transfer through here: https://help.twitter.com/forms/platform. I also received the transfer request notification to the current developer account (10/17/2018). However, I have heard nothing since. Is that normal? Is there a different method I should be using to request the app ownership change? I found this link via a post made in 2013, so, not sure if something has changed or not. I do have access to both accounts, the current account and the account the app will be transferred to.
