Need to transfer app to a different developer account

Hi!

I’ve requested to transfer through here: https://help.twitter.com/forms/platform. I also received the transfer request notification to the current developer account (10/17/2018). However, I have heard nothing since. Is that normal? Is there a different method I should be using to request the app ownership change? I found this link via a post made in 2013, so, not sure if something has changed or not. I do have access to both accounts, the current account and the account the app will be transferred to.

Can you please provide us the ID of the app that you are trying to transfer?
