I created a developer account with you to install the chatbot of our association on our direct messages ! But our developer account is not validated (blocked) ! Can you give me details about the rules not being followed by our account ? How to have the possibility of reactivating it ?

Thanks for reaching out here. I do have a few follow-up questions when you say not validated, do you mean that the application was rejected? Or is it that your application has been suspended? Do you have a screenshot you can share?
All of our developer applications are reviewed to ensure compliance with Twitter policy. While we can’t comment on specific cases, applications may be rejected if they are found to be in violation of any section of the Developer Agreement and Policy, Automation Rules, Display Requirements, and/or the Twitter Rules.

There currently isn’t a way to edit a rejected application, or to re-apply, however stay informed for product updates/changes.
