Need clarification on Errors {"code":130,"message":"Over capacity"} and {"code":131,"message":"Internal error"}

Greetings,
Our App Id is 4152140 . On April 17, we have got more number of calls failed due to the following errors

**1.{"errors":[{"code":130,"message":"Over capacity"}]}**

On hitting the following endpoints at random time intervals causing 823 calls failures in a single day,

Please let us know as ,why we got up this error and kindly let us know as if there was any outage on that day which caused these errors .Thanks in advance.
