Native Ad cell is not reusing the renderer view

I am integrating native ads into a collection view, using MPCollectionViewAdPlacer.
The scrolling performance is degraded and I observed that the rendering view is not reused. A new instance is created every time a native ad cell is reused.

I am using SDK 4.0.0.
