I’m using the Account Activity API of the Premium API.
Since October 27th, I have received only a few percent of the actual follow / unfollow from the webhook.
This situation is seems to be a trouble of the Account Activity API.
It occurs not only in a specific app, but in multiple unrelated apps.
Is there anyone who can confirm it?

Hi.
We also have this problem.

We use Account Activity API of Premium Tier since this May 16.
In these 5 days (since Oct 27 or 28th in my time, JST), we can get part of events of follow/unfollow from my webhook, but can’t receive most of the events.
I want to know how can I solve it or there’s a temporary issue of webhook.

I also confirmed the same phenomenon with the Activity API in my personal app.
In my case, I could not get the following activities.
・follow_events
・unfollow_events
・block_events
・unblock_events
・mute_events
・unmute_events

Do you get other events (e.g. Direct Messages)? Are all users affected, or only specific users?

We can get retweet events fully, and we don’t have apps using other event.
All users have affected.

We have observed that RT, DM, and Like events are fully received.
More than 90% of the Follow events are missing.
And, All twitter user are affected.

In our app, all users are also affected.
We also tested each event and here are the results

  • Direct Messages sent (by user)

  • Typing indicators (to user)

  • @mentions (of user)
  • Replies (to or from user)
  • Retweets (by user or of user)
  • Quote Tweets (by user or of user)
  • Retweets of Quoted Tweets (by user or of user)
  • Likes (by user or of user)

Webhook ID is the id that is returned as a response when registering a webhook, right?
If so, my webhook ID is this.
1455347902360940544

I used these IDs and verified it on Nov3 and confirmed the same phenomenon as in this thread.
However, since I have been running and stopping my application, I am currently not using these Webhook ID.

I’m having the same problem.
I am not receiving all the events in the Account Activity API.
It is having a very negative impact on my company’s business and I hope it will be resolved soon.

Direct Messages Events are the biggest concern. It appears that some users are affected more than others - possibly by region, and for the affected users, it works intermittently throughout the day. Thanks, Andy

Hi, @andypiper

I am having the same problem with my app.
It listens to DM events, and the webhook rarely gets triggered.
I tried deleting the webhook and registering&subscribing again, but it didn’t work.
