My Twitter won't load on my home WiFi but will load on my cell provider. Everyone in my family is having the same problem. What's going on?

This domain is the only way I can communicate with twitter. No other support or ticket link comes up and just times out. I will keep posting here until I can get a dialog going on how I can continue using my Twitter account or the entire platform.
