I am experiencing the same problem on my website. I am not a web developer and so I am unsure how to solve the issue. I think it has to do with Twitter’s new security features, and API. My Twitter account is no longer interacting with my website. I registered to get the consumer key and secret and I installed the new settings on my website to accommodate the new Twitter security measures and it’s still not working. I emailed the Twitter help desk and apparently they don’t provide technical support for the Twitter platform via their help desk. Can anyone help with this?
