My twitter cards aren't appearing in my tweets

I don’t know which forum I am supposed to be typing in as im not a developer. Anyway my twitter cards are not showing and appears to be the same issue across all twitter accounts that I use. I would love to have this sorted as I have been wanting to promote a tweet and by the end of this week there will be no point because the reason I want to promote will have passed. I hop you can help. Frustrated, Natalie

You can check your links in the card validator: https://cards-dev.twitter.com/validator if it doesn’t work there, it’ll tell you why - it’s usually missing or incorrect <meta> tags on your website. Have a look at https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/tweets/optimize-with-cards/guides/getting-started to figure out what you need to add to get the card you want

Thank you. The validator seems to work fine and no problems appear to be detected. However, my twitter account @tastelocalaward refuses to show them for some reason. I am wondering if there are some settings in my twitter account that I’ve missed.

(i don’t think there’s any settings in your account that might influence cards except for “Mark media you Tweet as containing material that may be sensitive” setting - but that’s just a guess)
