My twitter account has been suspended 4 days ago, I submitted an account restore request and twitter sent me an e-mail, I replied to that but my account wasn’t restored then I sent an other request then twitter emailed me sayin:
We’ve found more than one request from you regarding the same issue. This ticket has been closed, and we’ll respond to your original request in the order it was received. Someone should be in touch with you shortly.

Kindly tell me what does that mean?
