My Tailored Audience which contains Android ID does not work

My Tailored Audience sent using Real-time API does not work but manually uploaded one worked and could be used for my campaign.

I sent “Android ID” to the Tailored Audience using the API.
Android IDs sent look like below.

The audience sent using API is below

account_id : 18ce54a7afr
audience_id : 2fqws

But this never works and could not be set to my campaign saying ‘too small’.

Then I uploaded the same csv file as I sent using API.
Below is the audience I manually uploaded.

account_id : 18ce54a7afr
audience_id : 2fyyu

This manually uploaded audience could be actually used for my campaign because it became valid and worked properly.

I’m wondering why the audience uploaded through API didn’t work but the one sent manually worked.

Could anyone examine what is inside in the audience sent using API? ( account_id : 18ce54a7afr, audience_id : 2fqws )

@saku_yoshir - Is this still an issue using the realtime API? We had a delay earlier in the week with the job that calculates the # of users around that time. Which might have been the reason behind this upload issue.

I’m still having the same problem.

I made another audiences by sending about 90500 android ids.
But the status of the audiences still says ‘too small’.

This time,I made 2 audiences.
The ids of one audience are hashed and the ids of the other one are not hashed.

The account id : 18ce54h9fz6
The audience id not hashed : 2gjd5
The audience id hashed : 2gjd6

The android ids which are not hashed look like below.

Hi @saku_yoshir - since you said that this same audience audience worked via the Twitter Ads UI manual upload. Can you provide the twurl request/response to confirm those are correct? Thanks
