My developer account not active since 2 weeks

I’ve submitted my account for a developer account 2 weeks ago, till now it’s not active yet
twitter developer team t sent a message to my email, they need additional information from me
I’ve provided this information then nothing
they didn’t reply me
what I supposed to do now
