yesterday its now more than 13 hrs. Attached is the screenshot.

A few things to check:
- the app ID you’re submitting is currently in a restricted or suspended
state.
- the account you are submitting the ticket from is currently is the
account that owns the application that is in the restricted state.
- trying again after a short period of time.
