My application has been suspended or restricted from performing write actions

#1

There was an error preventing ticket submission. Please try again later. I have tried multiple browsers but cannot submit the ticket to gain writing privledges again on my application.
I never received an email to the address associated with the account so I have no platform to respond to,
Please assist.\

A few things to check:

  • the app ID you’re submitting is currently in a restricted or suspended state.
  • the account you are submitting the ticket from is currently is the account that owns the application that is in the restricted state.
  • trying again after a short period of time.

Where are you getting the application ID from? that number looks incorrect. The Application ID is the number you can find in the URL when viewing the application record on apps.twitter.com. You should double-check the information you’re trying to submit.

Hi Andy,

Thanks for your quick respond. Which one is the Application ID? See

Thanks,

As I stated earlier, the app ID is the number in the URL of the web browser - from the screenshot it looks like that starts with 130. Just that number, not the rest of the URL.

#8

Where is 130? I can’t find the number you are talking about??

#9

Got it. Thanks Andy!!

#11

Did you ever get unrestricted @AcureraJobBoard? How long did it take? We haven’t gotten a response from Twitter yet and it’s been 3 full days.

#12

Yes I did get unrestricted within a day of raising it with twitter.

#13

Sounds good! It always seems to take about a week for us.

@PinkSongBirdy I’m sorry you’re having that situation, that sucks. Your posts here are off topic as they don’t relate to the application write restriction in the topic header.
