My account is suspended, but there is no area for capativa on unsuspend page

I can not un suspend my account as it asks for 2 words and there is no such thing on the page. :“Please try to match the 2 words shown, or try the audio version.”. On the page to unsuspend my account there is NO area to follow the above instructions (in quotation marks.)

Yes. I was trying Firefox and Google Chrome, then dug out IE and it worked!

I ended up using windows internet explorer and was able to see the extra info i needed and un suspend my account
