My account has reached 500k tweets do fetch up and I don´t know why

Hi guys, my name is Sérgio and I work for a company called Agencia Estado (account @AgenciaEstado)

You helped me a few months ago and we have been fetching up tweets normally since then. This last friday (06/25 th) our account zeroed but now, we have reached 500k tweets, which is so weird, because we fetch around 40k/month, and we reached the maximum in 3 days!

Can you help us please or forward to someone who can ?

I am worried, because our customers are complaining.
