My account has been permanently suspended

Is there no chance I can get my suspension reversed? Every time I open a ticket they just copy and paste the same thing and when I try to answer they close the ticket, I don’t think it’s right that other accounts that have nothing to do with what happened should also be penalized if the only one that committed the infractions was account x and not account y
