Multiple twitter cards

For my site we are a content publisher, can we implement multiple twitter cards that will display accordingly given the use case? For example:

If a user shares a story from us on twitter, and another user sees it:

• On their desktop browser experience: See a summary card of the story
• On their iOS/Android twitter app: See the story but with a deep link to our app (ie App Card)
