Moving apps to new dev account

Over a week ago I submitted application at https://support.twitter.com/forms/platform and even got receipt notices for both submission saying:

Got it!

Your request made it to Twitter Support. Someone from our support team will review it as soon as possible.
||||||||||||

But still nothing has happened. How can I check on the status of these request or get some sort of update on them?
