is there any way to get the # of active users at county level on a monthly basis since the foundation of Twitter?

You can check the old investor reports for numbers of active users - either monthly active users or daily active users depending on the report: https://investor.twitterinc.com/financial-information/annual-reports/default.aspx annual and quarterly https://investor.twitterinc.com/financial-information/quarterly-results/default.aspx - i’ve used and cited these in papers before where i needed a reference for how many users twitter reportedly had at some point in time.

There’s no breakdown by country, just Worldwide, US and International, and i think they go back to 2013 not to the very beginning.
