Monitor retweet count for a specific tweet

HI Guys,

How can I monitor the retweet count for a specific tweet from my website.
For example if I post a tweet and I want to automatically display “Hooray” on my website automatically after I get 100 retweets.
Do you guys have any advice on how I might easily achieve this?
