Is there a way to moderate, select or approve the results from twitter search before they appear in the search widget on my website?
What I need is to choose which ones are good and can appear and which ones aren’t good for me and won’t appear in my page.
Is that possible?

Have you had a look at the Favorites embedded timeline?
It can be used to only display the tweets you choose.
