Hope all is well and everyone had a great holiday season. I’m hoping someone can help me, please. I had received three emails about applying for elevated post access.
However, when I attempted to apply via the support form the option didn’t appear for applying for elevated post access. So I used the option I have an API question not covered by these points.
However, it’s been a week now, and I’m worried that I might have sent the ticket to the incorrect department. Any clarification would be fantastic as my application is severely crippled currently, as it’s hitting the limits after only a few hours of use.
