Is there a min_follower_count operator for the twitter v2 recent search api?

Ideally I would like to run a search query and only return search results where the user has more than say 100k followers. Filtering through the results will only waste resources (and count against my monthly tweet allotment).

I see it listed as an operator for the PowerTrack users, any possibility of offering this as part of the v2 Essential tier?
