I am migrating my blog posts from WP to another WP. I have moved all my previous posts to the new theme, and would like to migrate the count data for Twitter shares. How to do that?
Are you changing the URLs of the posts? In that case, I’m afraid that Twitter will consider the migrated posts to be new content and start with a zero count.
If you’re not changing the URL, then there shouldn’t be any changes needed.
I’m migrating a website to Wordpress and setting up 301 redirects to the new URLs. Will the count data remain intact?
