Metrics segmented by age

How do I retrieve analytics data for metrics segmented by age, the https://dev.twitter.com/ads/analytics/metrics-and-segmentation docs doesn show this as an available parameter to segment data.
Requirement is to generate a report based on age + gender segmentation which will help us analyze and improve campaign performance
