Metrics and calculation problem

Hi

We are implemneting reports in our system and we have a small problem. In the document that we have singed with Twitter in the Exhibit B: Analytics Content Display Requirements there is a part of metrics that we need to show.

For Campaign Objective: Leads
Leads promotion_card_responses
Lead Rate promotion_card_responses /Impressions
Cost Per Lead billed_per_card_response

But in the metrics documentation there are no promotion_card_responses or billed_per_card_response so has the name of this fields been changed. Since we need them for the calculations
