Meta tags for twitter card is detected, but image still won't pull through

My site is https://stateoftheswamp.com/ – when I put it in the validator, it only reads the twitter:card tag and none of the rest. I went through the troubleshooting steps and none of them worked – any idea what I’m doing wrong?

It looks like you’ve got things specified twice:

Additionally, you need to provide a fully-qualified http/s URL in twitter:image (not a relative path as in the second instance of that tag).

I can’t find that second set of specifications in the source code, what line is it on?

Is having two sets of tags going to screw it up? The log doesn’t look like it’s reading any of them besides the “card” one – what does it look like if it’s working?
