Mentions timeline doesn't return post which was an answer in another wall

Hi.

We are reading user_timeline and mentions_timeline for account “goods_ru”.
And wa have lost this tweet https://twitter.com/sbormotyn/status/1055481481399857154
This tweet contains mention of “goods_ru” but it’s not returning via mwntions_timeline.

Why does it so?
