Media entity not returned when there are emojis

I am working on a .NET app that accesses Twiter API and I have just realized that when the tweet contains emojis, the tweet information is not complete. Media entity is empty, so I cannot access the images which were uploaded with that tweet.

Is this a well-known bug?

For that Tweet, the truncated value is set to true, so you need to use the tweet_mode=extended parameter to retrieve the complete Tweet per the documentation.
