How many applications do you need? There is an upper bound of course, but it is rare for a user to create all that many applications, given that each app created is supposed to have a distinct expressed purpose.

Why do you need 30 applications for the purpose? What’s unique about each of those applications? Using additional applications in order to realize higher rate limits is unwise.
