Manage Your Apps: Something is technically wrong

Hello,

Every time I click on the Manage Your Apps link I receive an error:

“Something is technically wrong.
Thanks for noticing—we’re going to fix it up and have things back to normal soon.”

This has been happening for several months now, however, prior to today if the refresh button was clicked it would load correctly. Now it will not load at all and it remains on the error page.

I have a critical timeline for a site launch and all I need to do is edit an existing app’s URL, but hit this brick wall.

Please let me know what the issue is, and how to fix this.

I have been trying to resolve this with Twitter for several months. I think they are deaf to the problem, because if they were aware they would be fixing it.

I had to create second account to even respond to this.
