Manage Team Error: Unable to invite user. User cannot be invited to your team at this time

Hi,

UPDATE:
I tried to add 2 Developers as Team Members and are receiving the following errors when submitting them as Team Members (see video).

ERROR: User is already a member of an account.

ERROR: Unable to invite user. User cannot be invited to your team at this time

Please let me know you let what do I need to do in order to add these team members to my account.

I am trying to add ‘System role’ > ‘Developer’ team members to my Developer account. After submitting a team member though ‘Invite user’ in the ‘Manage Team’ console i receive the following errors:

‘Unable to invite user. User cannot be invited to your team at this time’

‘User is already a member of an account.’

Can you let me know what do I need to do in each case?

At this time, each user can only have a role on a single dev account.

Troubleshooting tips for dev account team members

@Eldair - If the @handle fits the criteria outlined in @happycamper’s troubleshooting guide, can you please provide the users that you are trying to add to your account so I can look into this on the backend?
