When I click this https://dev.twitter.com/apps or submit a new app, it always says this. IE&FF

Hi, this error appears when you fill in a calback URL. Just leave that blank.

This is happening for me, even leaving the callback URL blank. The app seemed to go through when I first created it, but when I saw that my blog post was not showing up on the Twitter account, I came back to see what was wrong. The app had disappeared, and even when I tried to remake it, I got the message “Making the request failed (problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?))”
