Making embedded twitter feed scrollbar transparent or coloured to match background NOT noscrollbar

Hello. I would like to blend the scrollbar track into the background colour of the widget, but leave the buttons visible for the user to access. I do not want to hide the scrollbar.

In case this is not clear, there is an example at the link, below (this is not my site - see the twitter feed in the lower right hand of the grid).

Is there any way to make the track transparent or to add a colour code that will create this effect?

Both Mac OSX and Windows 8 have transparent scroll tracks by default. We don’t expose any way to style the scrollbars, and there’s no CSS standard for doing so.
