Making an App without Phone

Hello there!

I wanted to make a Twitter application/bot but I’m not possible to connect my phone to my Twitter account, because my provider isn’t listed, and my country (The Netherlands) doesn’t have a Long Number.

If anyone could help me, that’d be great, thank you!

Yup! I use IFTTT (google it) and set it to tweet ‘Yes’ every hour. Pretty good website, with tons of possibilities!
