For the organization I work for,I had applied for dev account and provided initial data required of us sent to the associated email.Person responsible for the associated email from the organization doesn’t do that frequently and had setup a automatic policy to cleanup emails after every week. We applied for this account more than 2 months back,today we checked with the person responsible for the email whether a communication came from developer-twitter email but told us of this issue.Now we are stuck don’t have any way to proceed(like delete and start over the application,get a copy of any email asking for more info etc.) .Who should we contact to resolve this as we are at a dead end. Any help is appreciated.
