Hello,

We have an integration with twitter in our application that allows for sending tweets. This recently stopped working due to an authorization issue. The integration was build a few years back, and we are missing documentation on the developer account used was. I have checked the primary account used by our company (@realtorpro) for the related app integration and see that we have an app that is in suspended status but the key and secret key do not match what I have in our application integration.

I am looking to find what account is associated to the app keys we have. Is this possible? Is there a better way to submit a support ticket for this?

There’s no way to find an app given the keys, but you may be able to get the app id from your twitter settings:

then we do not have this handle. So the app was not registered under @euradio_ru but some different account? If @euradio_ru did not create the app, then it should not appear in the https://developer.twitter.com/en/apps list at all. This is expected behavior.
