Lost credentials: How can we get access to Twitter dev portal?

We have lost our developer credentials, so only have the API key. Can someone at Twitter help us get back into the account? Is there a way to contact you direct?

We’re trying to troubleshoot error code 415, and it seems like the only way to fix this is login to the dev portal and whitelist the callback_url.

Yes, unfortunately. We do have the API key though.

We’re a company and like any company people come and go. No one knows the email, the password, the phone number, the twitter handle or anything. We should probably just sign up for a new account?

There isn’t a specific request to recover an apps ‘owner’ based on app credentials, however, there may be a way to reclaim or transfer the application through the https://help.twitter.com/forms/platform
