Lost card when I went secure

Cards were working fine until I installed an SSL certificate and went from http to https. The validator tool says "Unable to render Card preview

ERROR: Fetching the page failed because other errors."

Which is not super informative. I’m running wordpress, Jetpack and Yoast.

Any ideas where to start troubleshooting. I’m pretty much a novice on this stuff.

It looks like the name of your server does not match the name of your certificate (I see an unrecognized name error when hitting it with openssl s_client -servername draftrobert.org -connect draftrobert.org:443 -state -quiet) - this prevents the cards crawler and validator from fetching the page.

You’ll need to ensure that your ServerName and/or ServerAlias are set correctly. There’s more detail on this issue in this thread - it’s a Java security design choice.
