'Looks like you haven't created any applications yet!' Right after creating an application. What happened?

I’ve attempted to create an application multiple times on this account, every time it says it is successful but I cannot connect to the API with the OAuth keys given. Also my applications lift stays empty. Also confusing is that when I attempt to recreate the application, it says the name is already taken. Does anybody know what causes this?

I’m having this exact same problem although I had already created my keys. If I go directly to the app URL I can still get to the app and modify it’s settings but it doesn’t really seem to be associated to my account. It also doesn’t allow me to post. When I try to use those keys though I get this, “403:The request is understood, but it has been refused. An accompanying error message will explain why. This code is used when requests are being denied due to update limits (https://support.twitter.com/articles/15364-about-twitter-limits-update-api-dm-and-following).”

After 4 hours my Apps shown in my Apps List. Its working…
