It is very exciting that v2 provides annotations (Overview | Docs | Twitter Developer Platform) and we can use them to form query conditions in the form of `context: domain_id.entity_id (Search Tweets - How to build a query | Docs | Twitter Developer Platform)

Is there a way to look up entity_id (for example, given a brand name, look up the corresponding id)?
