Looking for custom metrics from Analytics Ads API

I am looking for Installs, Tutorials Completed & Cart Additions, but I can’t find them in the documentation or the api response for Analytics under any of the metric groups

I can see it in the UI, I think it’s custom events

From what I checked, it seems like currently, these are the only available metrics/segmentation that can be pulled from the ads API.
