Hi folks! I have an app that every hour post tweets with news from different sources. I’m getting locked my account for doing that. I was reading the Automation rules and as far I understand what I am doing is not wrong so I came here to ask for help

Automated Tweets that cross-post outside information: You may post automated Tweets based on sources of outside information — such as an RSS feed, weather data, etc. — as long as you are sufficiently authorized to publish such information.
My process is simple:
Every one hour I run a process that get news and every 1 minute create a tweet.
I have Essential Access, as far I understand I can make 200 requests / 15 mins, but I’m making 1 request per minute and I got blocked anyways.
A tweet every 1 minute is to much? Do I need to tweet in longer periods? I want to understand how to do this without breaking the rules.
