Is there an endpoint that allows a user to discover public lists containing specific keyword in the slug or description, even a sampling? Something similar to Discover new lists in the web app.

Alternately, are there plans to include such functionality in v2?

There’s no existing API for this. We’ve recently done a Twitter Space soliciting feedback on Lists in v2, but I’m not sure whether this was covered. You could always check our developer feedback channel and set up a discussion about this for v2 if this is not yet in the hopper.
